For generations, the Henzell family has been a major influence in shaping the landscape of the Sunshine Coast. In 1935, Roy Henzell senior, in partnership with a local Kings Beach shopkeeper, established a small real estate agency in Caloundra. In 1946, Roy purchased 810 hectares of land on the coast of Caloundra that would later become the masterplanned Pelican Waters community, which The Cove is part of today.
The Henzell family’s commitment to excellence is evident in their development of The Cove. Their genuine love of the Sunshine Coast lifestyle drives their passion for creating residential developments that offer something better and take advantage of the charming coastal way of life.
