Noteworthy milestones mark our latest building update!
As we transition from the months of August and September into the promising October ahead, we’re thrilled to share the remarkable strides made in our construction project.
August and September Highlights
The past two months have seen several exciting milestones.
With the successful commissioning of two OTIS elevators for construction use, we bid farewell to the external hoist lift.
A major achievement was the completion of the pool shell, poured in two separate stages. It’s now in the curing process, with tiling throughout October and November.

Our progress on individual levels has been equally impressive:
On Level 1, carpet installation is complete, and we’re in the final stages of defect management, with 90% already addressed.
The external balconies are now fully tiled, complemented by freshly painted soffits.
Carpet is in place on Level 2, and we’re halfway through defect management. The finishing touch will be the installation of study desks.
Meanwhile the space is coming to life on Level 3, with final coats of paint being applied. Carpet installation is the last major task remaining.
Tiling has just been completed on Level 5, paving the way for carpenters to install architraves, skirting, and doors.
And on Level 6 Kitchen installations are nearly complete, with just one apartment remaining. The focus has shifted to laying acoustic underlay for tiling.

Looking Ahead to October
The coming month promises to be filled with significant advancements:
We’ll complete internal defect management on Levels 1-3, perform final cleaning, and secure these levels.
The entire month will be dedicated to thorough internal defect management on Level 4, while final painting will commence on Level 5, alongside the completion of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical fit-offs.
On Level 6 we’ll move on to the final finishing trades, after completing cabinetry and tiling work.
Externally, we’re set to complete the level 6 soffits early in the month, followed by the installation of glass balustrades. Mid-October will see the first scaffold drop around the roof level, revealing the building’s true form.
The pool area will see significant progress with the construction of the cabana roof, scheduled to be poured and stripped by month’s end. On the western face, we’ll begin installing aluminium screens, a process that will continue as each level of scaffolding is removed.
A Glimpse of What’s to Come
